Eli Thomas, Youth Orchestra Conductor

Eli Thomas, Conductor of the Charles Washington Youth Orchestra, was born and raised in San Diego, California and moved to Virginia to study violin at Shenandoah Conservatory, where he is pursuing a Master’s degree in performance.

He is currently the concertmaster of the Conservatory’s orchestra, and is passionate about teaching and playing chamber music. He lives in a barn in White Post, Virginia with his wife Emily, a pianist and music therapist.
