CWSO is excited to present a concert of patriotic music to celebrate Independence Day.

Our resident narrator extraordinaire, Jim Walker, will be lending his deep, rich voice once again to guide you through the program. And we are joined by stunning soprano, Elizabeth Albert, who always delivers spectacularly with her full, crystalline tone.

Elizabeth Albert (soprano) is delighted to be joining the Charles Washington Symphony Orchestra for the first time. Having studied Musical Theatre and Vocal Performance at Shenandoah Conservatory, Liz has performed with various regional theatres and light opera companies, including Chicago Light Opera Works, Wayside Theatre, and the Alaska Shakespeare Festival. Favorite roles include Carrie (Carousel), Ruth (The Pirates of Penzance), and Mrs. Potts (Beauty and the Beast). She currently sings with Arts Chorale of Winchester and was the soloist for Christ Episcopal Church, Winchester for the past 4 years. Many thanks to CWSO for this opportunity!
